Dugan is running as a Democrat, but he hasn’t earned the endorsement of the Philadelphia Democratic Party – only the support of the Philadelphia Republican Party Chair.
Worse yet, Dugan is funded by Trump donors: Eight of his top contributors also contributed to Trump.
And there’s only one reason why:Republicans know Dugan would be a willing accomplice to Trump.
Meanwhile, my campaign has been endorsed by top Black Democratic Leaders in Philadelphia, and I’ve earned the support of folks all across the city who know my first two terms set our city on the right track.
But we’re falling behind in fundraising because Dugan allies would do anything to get him elected, even though we know that’s not what Philadelphians really want.
