This is a reminder that the deadline to enter the 2025 Congressional Art Competition is quickly approaching.

I’m inviting high school students in North Carolina’s 10th District to showcase their talent in this nationwide contest sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives. It’s a chance to have their artwork displayed on a national stage and represent our district in the U.S. Capitol.

Framed submissions are due by 7:00 PM ET on April 23, 2025, at my Hickory District Office: 800 17th Street NW, Suite G467, Hickory, NC 28601.

The first-place winner will have their work displayed in the Capitol for one year and receive two airline tickets—one for them and one for a parent—to attend a national reception in Washington, D.C., where they’ll also meet with me. Second- and third-place winners will have their artwork displayed in my Washington and District offices.
