It’s straightforward. It’s secure. And it’s long overdue.
But our Congressman voted against it — choosing politics over election integrity and opening the door to voter fraud.
Let’s be clear: countries like Germany, the U.K., and Japan require voter ID. Why shouldn’t we? Here in the U.S., over 80% of Americans support requiring ID to vote. It’s not partisan — it’s just common sense.
The 49th District deserves leadership that reflects those values — not someone who votes against protecting the very foundation of our democracy.
I fully support the grassroots effort to get Voter ID on the 2026 ballot here in California, and I’ll do everything I can to help make it law. It's time to restore trust in our elections and return accountability to our system.
