Message from the
President

April is Black Women’s History
Month, a powerful opportunity to celebrate the extraordinary
resilience, leadership, and contributions of Black women throughout
history and in our world today.
From the courageous frontline
of the Civil Rights Movement to esteemed positions in government,
Black women have been pivotal in driving meaningful change and shaping
the narrative of our nation. Here in New Jersey, we proudly honor the
trailblazers who have shattered barriers across a multitude of
industries, paving the way for future generations to
thrive.
As we embrace this special
month, we invite you to elevate the voices of Black women, champion
initiatives led by them, and engage in reflection on the vital work
that remains to attain true equity for all. Let’s stand together to
honor the legacy and influence of Black women, today and every
day.
With
gratitude,
 Fatima
