John, yesterday was Tax Day — and normally that means we’d be sending around a cute reminder email to make sure everyone got theirs filed! Unfortunately, nothing about our economy or our taxes was feeling “cute” this week.

Trump, Elon Musk, and the GOP cowards ( sorry we’ve got to call it like it is ) in House leadership have been slashing programs and healthcare access, laying off thousands of federal workers, enforcing truly insane tariffs against our allies around the world, and plunging us into a full-blown trade war that has already cratered 401ks and sent our economy reeling.

They’re cutting the exact programs our taxes are supposed to fund, all to give tax relief to the billionaires pulling the strings. AND levying new tariffs (TAXES) on goods we all need! But we DO have the power to stop this!
