Dear John,
If you haven’t yet registered for our upcoming national conference, Policy. Practice. Power. [[link removed]], now is the time to secure your spot while standard rates apply! After May 14, the cost of registration will increase. During this year’s convening, from May 27–29, you’ll join other community development practitioners, advocates, policymakers, national experts, and funders on an exploration of innovative housing policies.
Concurrent breakout sessions will be organized into three distinct tracks that align with our conference themes of policy, practice, and power. For those with a particular interest or a particular professional development goal in mind, this new approach will help bring clarity to the conference agenda and a sense of coherence to your experience.
Breakout sessions will touch on a variety of topic areas that intersect with housing; these include national, state/regional, and local policy; climate-driven disasters, the private market, and trust-based philanthropy; money in the shared equity finance ecosystem, measuring impact through data, and storytelling. Learn more here [[link removed]].
You’ll leave this conference feeling energized, hopeful, and equipped with the knowledge to help advance housing with lasting affordability in your community! We hope to see you in D.C. next month!

Where we live matters.
We bring together an extensive network of partners and member practitioners from local communities who have a deep understanding of best practices in community land trusts, shared equity housing, local housing policies such as inclusionary zoning, and more.
At Grounded Solutions Network, we know what policies and strategies work to build and preserve housing opportunities, and we help communities use them.
