Hi friend --

Trump’s own Defense Secretary says the president is way out of line.

After Trump suggested he’d use a law passed in 1807 to deploy military troops to police American cities, Secretary Esper spoke out. According to The Hill, Esper objected “as secretary of Defense, but also as a former soldier and a former member of the National Guard” when he said he stood firmly against Trump’s plan.

Even Trump’s own cabinet is turning against their commander-in-chief -- and for military brass, that’s a tough thing to do.

Will Esper’s defiance matter? According to 55% of American voters, Trump will win re-election in November. We want to know if you’ll break rank against Trump, too. Tell us:

Will you vote against Trump this November?

YES     NO
