April 15, 2025 – Docket No. 30026-106-GT-25 (Record No. 17786) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC, d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority to revise its Energy Efficiency (EE) Surcharge rate, the EE balancing account balances, and to recover the lost margin revenue, effective June 1, 2025.
