The Congressional Art Competition is a nationwide competition hosted by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. In collaboration with art teachers across our district, students submit their artwork to our office, where a panel of judges selects the winning piece. The winner’s artwork is honored at a special reception hosted by the Congressional Institute and displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.

This spring, our office is again accepting entries as high-resolution photos. Please find the 2025 Rules for Students and Teachers as well as the 2025 Student Information and Release Form.

DIGITAL ARTWORK must be submitted by Friday, April 25, 2025 at 5pm. We ask teachers and students to email artwork to [email protected]. 

We hope this competition is an opportunity for students in New York’s 14th Congressional District to express themselves and showcase their artistic abilities.
