Hi John,

We work for election integrity every day, regardless of the political conditions.

This week was a good one for election integrity- MANY important developments that will change the way Arizona does its elections! ([link removed])

First, a groundbreaking piece of legislation that will close off a LOT of the fraud in AZ.

HB 2129 passed the Senate with all 30 votes- every Senator! It stops mail ballots from being automatically sent to inactive voters, and allows for hand counts in some select circumstances.

That is a win!

Clearly, the Governor is unlikely to veto that bill.

Further, a LOT of legal developments took place, ones that will cement BIG wins for us here, and stop illegals from voting in our elections.

First, the Trump DOJ dropped its lawsuit against Arizona for our law requiring proof of citizenship to vote.

This is YUGE. This greatly increases the chances this law holds up in court!
As a result of previous lawsuits, Arizona is removing 50,000 noncitizens from its voter rolls as well!!!!

Keep in mind, in 2022 we had several statewide elections decided by less than 50,000 votes. This one is a game changer for 2026!!!

Further, the Maricopa Recorder's office- now under NEW management- has settled a lawsuit so it can keep noncitizens off its own voter rolls.

New (actual) Republican Recorder Justin Heap believes ONLY citizens should vote- and he's putting that into action!

Five years of constant effort to improve Arizona's election integrity is finally paying off.

From legislation to the courts, we are making sure Arizona's next election is clean and honest. Bipartisan legislation and court wins are closing down one avenue of fraud after another.

We were able to get to this point because of your donations, showing politicians that we would not accept more fraudulent elections where illegals were voting and there were zero safeguards. Your voice is still needed to finish this job ([link removed]) . ([link removed])
