First, election-denying Republicans like Donald Trump spread the lie that millions of non-citizens voted illegally to justify a direct attack on Americans’ voting rights.

Then, they introduced a dangerous voter suppression bill called the “SAVE Act” – requiring voters to show a birth certificate or passport in person at a polling place in order to vote!

Now, nearly 70 million married women who have changed their last name, rural Americans, and servicemembers are all at risk of losing their right to vote!

This isn’t about “election security,” this is about blocking tens of millions of eligible Americans from voting. If this bill gains traction, the consequences for 2025 and beyond will be catastrophic.
