As we prepare for the 2025 Utah Republican Party Organizing Convention, please review the following important dates regarding candidate filings and booth registration:

Filing for State Party Office

Any individual wishing to run for Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, or Treasurer of the Utah Republican Party must file their intent to run no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 17.

Filing may be completed online at www.utgop.org.

Booth Expo Registration & Booth Draw Information

The Booth Draw for the 2025 Convention Expo will take place on Monday, April 21st at 6pm on Zoom. Those interested in securing booth space should review booth policies, pricing, and procedures at the following link:

In order to participate in the Booth Draw, exhibitors must 1) sign the Booth Rental Agreement, and 2) pay the $300 refundable security deposit. Booth assignments will be made in the random alphabetical order determined at the Booth Draw. Please ensure all necessary steps are taken in advance if your organization plans to participate. Any remaining booths available will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis after the Booth Draw.
