That’s Donald Trump — convicted felon and wannabe King. Since returning to office, he’s worked to slash benefits for hardworking Americans, enrich himself, abandon our allies, cozy up to dictators like Vladimir Putin, and attack the rule of law at every turn. He also nearly crashed our economy. Or did it intentionally?
He’s worked closely with this guy to get it done.
That’s Elon Musk. He’s worked closely with Trump to pull off a reverse Robin Hood scheme — stealing money from working people to give it to the rich. Musk and his DOGE team have recklessly and unconstitutionally worked to destroy critical agencies like the Department of Education, the Social Security Administration, and the National Institutes of Health — all to pay for more tax cuts for billionaires.
They’ve also had support from Congress, John — primarily this guy.
That’s Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. Not only has he led the way in Congress to cut hundreds of billions of dollars in Medicaid benefits to pay for tax breaks for billionaires, but he’s also completely surrendered some of Congress’ most critical responsibilities to Donald Trump and laid out the red carpet for Trump to do whatever he wants.
And this guy?
That’s Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth — a living example of the fact that this administration is not just corrupt but incompetent, too. Hegseth texted highly classified national security information about an impending attack in an unsecured Signal message group chat that included the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic.
