John, This is still one of the most evil things we’ve ever seen. Senator Schumer and the abortion lobby just BLOCKED a bill that would have ended legalized infanticide. Today – TAX DAY – we need you to fight back. We’ve witnessed in utter horror as states have passed laws that could essentially legalize infanticide. We've taken action, not only filing at state Supreme Courts nationwide to defend life, but we’ve been aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill too. The House of Representatives passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. This bill would REQUIRE doctors to administer lifesaving medical care to any baby who is born, including abortion survivors. The Senate was scheduled to vote, but Senator Schumer did Planned Parenthood’s bidding and blocked the vote. We’re demanding that the Senate pass this bill. And we JUST launched an investigation into partial-birth abortions and infanticide at the state level. We’ll take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court. But we’re battling the nearly unlimited taxpayer-funded resources of the abortion lobby in court, and we need your support.
