Hi,
Today is International Microvolunteering Day, which is the
perfect time to commit to an action for the planet on Earth Day, April
22nd. If you can’t make a Tuesday event, there are tons of
cleanups and other events over this upcoming weekend.
Check
out our map with thousands of ways for you to have an
impact. You can search by zipcode to find teach-ins,
faith events, rallies, and more!
Actions on Earth Day are often the first step on the path to
environmental activism, and we take our responsibility as the on-ramp
to the movement seriously. That’s why we give you thousands of
opportunities to make a difference – small actions have a ripple
effect, and we need every person to act.
Since 1970, April 22nd has been a catalyst for
change. Earth Day invites everyone into the environmental
movement in April, and EARTHDAY.ORG activates our supporters
throughout the year. From year-round campaigns that fight for the
planet and human health over waste, plastics, and fast fashion, we
invite you to deepen your commitment to the planet.
Check out our map and find an event near
you.
We’ll see you there!
