Feedback on draft greenhouse gas emission calculator
The EQB has contracted with ICF to create a greenhouse gas emission calculator to answer questions 7 and 18 on the environmental assessment worksheet (EAW). We want your feedback on the draft calculator regarding bugs, calculations, general approach, etc., or other ideas you might have. Coneflower Solar Environmental Assessment Availability
*Notice description: *The Minnesota Department of Commerce issued an environmental assessment (EA) for the project on March 26, 2025. The purpose of the EA is to provide information on the potential human and environmental impacts of the proposed project, possible mitigations for identified impacts, and evaluation of any alternatives contained in the scoping decision. Coneflower Energy is proposing to construct an up to 235 MW solar energy generating system in Custer Township in Lyon County, Minnesota.
