I wanted to alert you to one of my final articles from this epic Pete Hegseth Panama trip that I was lucky enough to be invited to cover this past week.
What was just over two and a half days felt more like 3 weeks, given the packed itinerary and steep learning curve for everyone involved.
Hegseth himself, a machine, rose naturally to the challenges. His *47* staff around him on the venture fought off major diplomatic challenges, Chinese-Communist interference attempts, and of course, the blazing sun and stifling jungle humidity to get what President Trump and America needed out of this event.
On a personal note (and I've written a little about the press experience, here) I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the support you guys have offered, because the corporate media who usually get on these trips get their costs covered by their corporate bosses and big advertiser dollars, whereas we do it all on our own backs, exclusively with your support.
