* *Audience:* County/tribal nation staff who enter waiver and type B personal care assistance (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) service agreements (SAs) in MMIS
* *Effective date:* Immediately
* *Summary:* DHS identified errors in MMIS that the county/tribal nation may receive when they update SAs with a personal care (T1019) line.

* *Summary:* This announcement provides a summary of updates DHS made to the CBSM in March 2025.
