As you know, I represent a district in New York that President Trump also won. This means that our election in 2026 will be incredibly competitive, and national Republicans have already put me on their top target list.

We've seen firsthand how these far-right extremist groups operate. They're ready to pour millions of dollars into our district to try and take this seat back. Just like they did last November, they will run attack ads and distort my record.

That's why we can't afford to fall behind. Building a strong campaign early is crucial to ensure we have the resources necessary to fight back against these attacks and get our message out to the voters.
