Join ARPF for our virtual Brain Yoga Week, starting Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th!


Led by highly esteemed yoga teachers, this week-long event is designed to introduce you to simple yet powerful yoga-based practices specifically chosen to enhance cognitive function, reduce stress, and promote a sharper mind. All abilities welcome! We will have modifications for all levels.
