Dear John,
Folks, this is Scott Kaspar, General Counsel of Illinois Review, and on behalf of IR we thought you may be interested to receive this conservative news alert.
This story has special meaning for me, because I ran for Illinois' 6th Congressional district in 2022 with the intention of unseating liberal Democrat Sean Casten. What I learned doorknocking throughout the district and indeed talking to Rep. Casten directly is that Sean Casten is a really nice family guy who espouses some of the most liberal policies ever. But I heard it from so many people, "We're voting for Sean because he's a nice guy."
So it's absolutely no surprise to me that the DNC would dispatch Sean Casten to evangelize in Ruby Red Illinois. What is unconscionable though is that leaders of our own party are giving cover to Rep. Casten and suppressing our Trump supporters from attending his events and making our voices heard.
Illinois Review is the largest conservative media source in Illinois, and the only source in Illinois that has been shared by President Donald Trump.

U.S. Rep. Sean Casten (IL-6) – a progressive liberal Democrat and pro-transgender rights activist, made an extraordinary visit to downstate Illinois on Saturday for a series of town hall events in heavily Republican districts – in a move that sent shockwaves across the state.
But while the visit was unexpected, the real headliner was Illinois Republican leader and Republican National Committeewoman Rhonda Belford, who, according to posts on social media – denied pro-Trump Republicans from attending the event who were organizing and planning to peacefully protest the controversial Democratic congressman’s appearance in the ruby red congressional district.
