I want to take a moment to share a little bit about who I am and why I’m running to be Colorado’s next Attorney General. Before I go into that, can you chip in $10 to help power this campaign?

I grew up in a working-class family in Estes Park. At times, we relied on food stamps to get by, but my mom worked hard and taught me the value of perseverance and hard work. I became the first person in my family to graduate from a four-year college, and eventually, I earned my law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Public service has always been my purpose. From protecting voting rights to helping secure hundreds of millions of relief dollars to help Colorado communities rebuild after the 2013 floods, I’ve dedicated my career to standing up for others. As Secretary of State, I fought to expand voting rights, protect election workers, and stand strong against extremists—even in the face of threats.

Now I’m ready to take that fight to the Attorney General’s office. I’ll work every day to protect all Coloradans’ rights and freedoms, and will stand up to corporate special interests that take advantage of working people. I’ll never back down to extremists, and I'll fight for fairness and justice—making sure victims of crime are supported and our communities are safer and stronger.

I’m proud of where I come from and the path that brought me here. And I’m ready to continue fighting for the people of Colorado.
