Planned Parenthood was just dealt a 3rd devastating defeat in federal appeals court.

For the 3rd time, the usually pro-abortion 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has sided with our amicus briefs, allowing the defunding of millions of dollars from Planned Parenthood.

Just hours ago, Planned Parenthood failed to comply with new rules we supported that require it to separate its abortion business from its other business or lose millions in Title X funding.

In fact, Planned Parenthood caved, announcing that it will give up $60 million in taxpayer funding.
