Hi there, let me tell you something you may not know about me.

For four years, I served as general medical officer at McGuire Air Force Base right here in Burlington County. During that time, I saw firsthand how critical our VA medical services are.

Those who put their lives on the line for our country rely on these services. And now, Donald Trump wants to cut them.

Trump is a coward who has only ever served himself. He betrayed our promise to veterans: cutting VA staff, slashing mental health care, and firing more veterans than ever before.

Trump wants to fire 80,000 people from the VA at a time when our veterans’ care needs are only expanding. Last year, the VA saw its highest demand in history, taking 127.5 million healthcare appointments. Trump’s cuts are dead wrong.

As usual, Trump is putting veterans last, America last, and himself first.
