Here’s an update from our campaign:

** Securing our Elections
------------------------------------------------------------

Last week, the House voted to pass the SAVE Act ([link removed]) . This strong election integrity measure ensures that only U.S. citizens are voting in our elections by requiring proof of citizenship and strengthening voter ID standards.

I was proud to lead the fight to pass this bill joined by my colleague Chip Roy. This bill helps codify President Trump’s executive order ([link removed]) on election integrity from earlier this year.

Despite the fact that 83% ([link removed]) of Americans believe that only U.S. citizens should be voting in our elections, 208 Democrats ([link removed]) chose to oppose this legislation.

This bill now heads to the Senate for a vote before it can be signed into law by President Trump.

While this is an important first step in securing our elections, we must build on this success with additional legislation and continue our work to root out potential fraud and vulnerabilities in fundraising platforms like ActBlue ([link removed]) .

I’m committed to continuing my work, not just to secure our elections, but also to secure our border, to lower costs for Wisconsin families, and to reign in out-of-control government spending.

On Wisconsin,
