Dear Friend,

My name is Doa'a. I'm a Communications Officer for Project HOPE in Gaza. I'm also a mother of three and, like countless others, trying to survive this conflict.

Since the start of the war, my family has been displaced six times. Every day is a struggle to find clean water, charge a phone, and even secure medicine for my son's chronic condition. My eldest son was thrilled when he got a full ride scholarship to study at Dartmouth University. We thought it was his ticket to have a chance at a normal life. But because of the blockade, he won't be able to leave Gaza to enroll in school in the U.S. this fall.

My own struggles as a parent through this devastating conflict are reminders of why Project HOPE's work to provide medical care, critical supplies, and mental health support is so crucial. That's why I'm asking you to donate now - to help families like mine and to help Project HOPE continue delivering emergency care through our clinics in Gaza.

Standing inside our clinic in Deir al-Balah, I've seen children clutch red crayons in art therapy sessions, trying to draw their way through the trauma. I've seen pregnant mothers waiting for maternal health care in shelters with nothing left. And I've seen the life-changing difference our support makes - and what it would mean to lose it.

As things stand right now, our six clinics in Gaza have had their government funding completely cut - meaning our biggest clinic in Deir al-Balah will be shut down unless we raise $50,000 as soon as possible. If Project HOPE's clinics close, it will be catastrophic. Thousands of people - children, parents, elders - will lose access to the only health care left.

We can't let that happen. Not when hope is so desperately needed. Please, if you can, make a donation right now to help keep our doors open - and our lifesaving work going - in Gaza and around the world.

Every time you give, you help ensure that our health workers can continue showing up in impossible conditions. You help mothers like me breathe a little easier. And you help us deliver the hope that so many people in Gaza are still holding on to.

Thank you.
