John, It's hard to believe we only have two weeks left until Election Day. We’ve been campaigning through a public health crisis and police violence protests that will define the future of democracy. These last few months have elevated critical conversations to the national level and lit a fire within Americans for systemic government change. And that’s why your vote is more important than ever. It has been confusing to understand how to vote in this year’s primary, from the Governor attempting to cancel the Presidential primary to how to vote safely from home by mail. This is by design, in the hopes that a low voter turnout will keep the establishment in office. I experienced this first-hand last week, when my opponent, Rep. Jerry Nadler, marked me, and my staff that lives in the district, ‘deceased’ in a widely shared voter database. You’d think this is a page out of the Republican playbook, but Democrats are also complicit — especially during primaries. I’ve long said elected officials care more about keeping their job than doing their job. Let’s send the message that we will not be stopped.
