THEN: They installed young, highly ideological judges to lifetime positions on the Supreme Court and federal bench, where their decisions could have DISASTROUS consequences for our health care, reproductive rights, and more for decades to come.

AND: Several of those judges had previously donated to Sen. Cornyn’s campaign.

NOW: Sen. Cornyn is saying he’d fill any Supreme Court vacancy this year, even though the November election is right around the corner!
