With the standing in court to take immediate action against Trump every time he violates the Constitution, Dem AGs are the last line of defense against the Trump administration. They’ve been preparing for the possibility — and then reality — of Trump 2.0 for over a year, creating a “brief bank” of legal documents in order to hit the ground running on Day One.

And this preparation has paid off. Dem AGs have already filed 17 multi-state lawsuits against the Trump administration, or more than one lawsuit for every week of Trump’s second presidency.

These lawsuits are the best way to stop Trump from pushing through dangerous policies, but to keep up the fight, we need your help.
