Hi there. We’re reaching out on behalf of Dr. Monica Taylor, Chair of the Delaware County Council.

Monica started her work in 2020 by focusing on giving a voice to all Delco residents and improving the health of our communities: she led efforts to build Delaware County’s Health Department from scratch, leading to its launch in 2022.

Creating more affordable housing is another goal of Monica’s, so she helped create a Housing Continuum Coalition in our county. The focus of the coalition is to find long-term housing for unhoused individuals, make home ownership more feasible for residents, and address current issues associated with rental housing.
