WILL filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Jerome Listecki, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, a landmark religious liberty case. WILL and Archbishop Listecki urge the Supreme Court to interpret the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to provide robust protections to religious adherents by overturning Employment Division v. Smith.

On behalf of a group of petitioners, WILL submitted a rules petition to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) asking the state agency to promulgate a rule that makes clear that the practice of ballot harvesting is illegal in Wisconsin.
