The NJCLASS ReFi+ Loan is an opportunity for qualified borrowers who want to combine multiple eligible student loans into one single monthly payment with an affordable interest rate. To be eligible, you must be the named borrower of the loans you want to refinance. You must also be out of school with loans in repayment. Other requirements may apply.

The expanded Nursing Faculty Loan Redemption Program allows eligible nursing instructors to receive up to $50,000 in student loan redemption in exchange for teaching nursing courses full or part-time at eligible New Jersey institutions of higher education. 

Over the course of five years, participants can receive up to $10,000 in redemption per year, depending on the number of credits they teach. To qualify, applicants must be NJ residents with a valid nursing license and teach at approved institutions. Applications are open through April 30, 2025.

Scammers are targeting New Jersey residents with fake loan offers that seem too good to be true. These fraudsters use information from data breaches to pose as lenders, offering guaranteed loans and asking for upfront fees.

Protect yourself by not responding to unknown messages and verifying the legitimacy of anybody who says they're a lender. If scammed, report it to the NJCCIC and contact your bank immediately.

Anglers of all ages can head to their favorite fishing spots. More than 180,000 rainbow trout, including trophy-sized broodstock, have been stocked in waterways across the State, offering exceptional fishing experiences for all skill levels. Anyone aged 16 or older must obtain a New Jersey fishing license and trout stamp to fish for trout.
