Gov. Janet Mills and Maine officials sue the Trump administration

FIRST:
Donald Trump singled out Gov. Mills in a room full of governors from both parties – and threatened to unilaterally withhold federal funding from Maine school children unless her state fell in line with his personal demands!

THEN:
Trump took to Truth Social to demand a “full-throated apology” from her after one of his officials labeled her a “petulant child.”

NOW:
Governor Mills is standing firm against Trump’s threats – earlier this week, Maine filed a lawsuit against Trump and his administration to block the federal government from “illegally withholding grant funds that go to keeping children fed.”
