FRIEND, do you think members of Congress should be allowed to trade stocks while in office?

An overwhelming majority of Americans—around 90%—agree that members of Congress should not be playing the stock market while in office.

That’s why Jon introduced a bipartisan bill to BAN members of Congress from trading individual stocks.

And now that Trump is causing market chaos and the news is reporting on members of Congress’s trades—like Marjorie Taylor Greene conveniently buying stocks before Trump announced reductions in tariffs—there’s renewed momentum building to finally get this done.
