You’re invited to our 3rd annual Abolition Retreat!

The fight to end sex trafficking is one of the hardest fights for justice the world has ever faced.

For those working in this field (or those who want to be) winning this fight will take so much more than just gritting our teeth and trying harder.

We need to tap into a strength that transcends human endurance.

God holds the keys to ending sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. He has the strength, He has the strategies, and we believe He wants to share them with each of us.

But we need to carve out the space in our lives for that exchange to take place.

The Abolition Retreat was created to serve abolitionists—both newcomers and seasoned veterans—to help them unplug from the daily grind of anti-trafficking work, connect with God, and grow in their calling to help end sex trafficking.

Over six days, amidst the pristine beauty of Lake Tahoe, here’s what you’ll experience…

Teaching & Instruction
Learn from Exodus Cry leaders and others, as they share inspirational messages that will sharpen you as a modern abolitionist and teach you effective strategies we’ve learned in nearly two decades of anti-trafficking work.

This year, we’re also adding an afternoon of in-depth breakout sessions on various topics related to anti-trafficking work.

Ministry & Worship
Experience refreshing times of ministry, including vibrant worship led by Jason Upton.

Mentorship & Small Groups
While meeting daily with your assigned small group, gain wisdom and clarity in your calling from an abolitionist leader with years of experience in this fight.

Relax & Adventure
Enjoy several hours each afternoon spending time the way your mind and body need most: kayak, paddleboard, hike, do archery, play volleyball, relax, have quiet time, journal—choose your own adventure.

Community & Networking
In this intimate gathering of about 75 people, engage with like-minded abolitionists who are on a journey like yours, and build meaningful friendships that could last a lifetime.
