Marco Rubio is simultaneously serving in three government roles — but has only been confirmed by the Senate for one.
That's a problem.
USAID, under acting Administrator Marco Rubio, may have violated the Federal Records Act as DOGE dismantles the agency.
The National Archivist, who ensures that agencies follow the FRA, should step in.
But that just so happens to also be...Marco Rubio?
Congress should demand that Rubio step down from one of these roles.
