April 11, 2025 – Docket No. 20003-252-ET-25 (Record No. 17785) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) for authority to revise the Demand Side Management (DSM) surcharge rate, effective June 1, 2025.
