I was proud to successfully lead the lawsuit that killed the Democrats’ plan to allow non-citizens to vote in New York City’s elections.

After winning that fight, I’m pleased to report that House Republicans passed the SAVE Act to prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections by:

✅ Requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections and

✅ Preventing non-citizens from being added to voter rolls.

The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act would also require states to establish a program to remove undocumented immigrants from existing voter rolls and allow American citizens to sue election officials that don't follow proof of citizenship requirements.

It’s unbelievable that 208 House Democrats would vote against this commonsense legislation—proving just how radical they have become.

To preserve the integrity of our elections, we must pass the SAVE Act in the U.S. Senate.
