Announcing the newest members of the Claremont family

We are delighted to announce the newest members of the Claremont family: the 2025 Publius Fellows.
As you may know, every summer, the Publius Fellowship brings together a selective group of promising young conservative leaders to study the distinctive moral and political principles of the American constitutional order.
As always, thank you for your support in making this program—and all of our programs—a success. Please join us in welcoming this year's fellows.
Aldo Buttazoni is a conservative commentator, writer and freelance journalist. He previously worked as an on-camera personality at PragerU, where he hosted Man on the Street, a flagship series reaching millions of viewers monthly, and created The Hustle, a series highlighting young entrepreneurs across America. He travels nationwide covering political and cultural events, shaping discourse on free speech, and American values. Buttazzoni graduated from Michigan State University’s James Madison College with a B.A. in International Relations and Public Policy. A Michigan native, Aldo now lives in Los Angeles where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking.
Daniel Bring is the Managing Editor of American Affairs, a quarterly journal of public policy and political thought. He oversees much of the journal’s day-to-day operations and its activities in Washington, D.C., where he lives. Daniel previously worked as a political risk consultant at Baron Public Affairs and served as a research and writing assistant to Robert Doar, President of the American Enterprise Institute, from 2021 to 2023. His writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New Criterion, The American Conservative, and Modern Age, among other publications. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 2021 with an A.B. in history.
Tristan Campbell is an actor and filmmaker working outside of the Hollywood mainstream. He received his B.F.A. from New York University and graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London with a focus in Shakespearean performance. Tristan is Chairman of the Arts Caucus for the New York Young Republican Club.
Corinne Carlson in a Development and Government Affairs Fellow at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. Prior to Becket, she worked on K-12 education policy for Parents Defending Education. She has also been a Public Interest Fellow during her time in Washington, D.C. Corrinne graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where she received a degree from the Program of Liberal Studies, a Great Books program. She was a Tocqueville Fellow with the Center for Citizenship and Constitutional Government.
Adam Hoffman began his career at Citadel, a Miami-based hedge fund, and currently works in the US Government. He graduated with honors from Princeton where he studied political theory.
Sam Kimzey is a Ph.D. student in the Van Andel Graduate School of Statesmanship at Hillsdale College where his studies include political philosophy and American political thought. A native of Virginia, he previously earned his B.A. (with Honors) in History and Christian Studies from Bluefield College in Bluefield, Virginia. For his M.A. in Humanities from the University of Dallas, he wrote a thesis on John of Salisbury’s Metalogicon. Sam previously taught humanities, logic, theology, Latin, and choir for Valley Classical School in Blacksburg, Virginia. His writing has been featured at The American Mind, the American Reformer, The Roanoke Times, and at the Beza Institute for Reformed Classical Education, where he is a Contributing Editor.
Jordan Knight is a Communications Adviser at a leading Australian political consultancy. He is the founder of Migration Watch Australia and is a director for the National Conservative Institute of Australia. Previously, he served as an adviser to the Deputy President of the NSW Legislative Council. Jordan studied journalism and business at Queensland University of Technology. His articles on immigration, housing, and politics have appeared at The Spectator Australia, The Critic, and The Daily Telegraph. He has appeared on Newsmax Australia, Ben Fordham Live, and the ABC.
Brianna Lyman is an elections correspondent at The Federalist. Previously, she worked at The Daily Caller covering media bias and politics. Brianna is a frequent on-air commentator at Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, and various other outlets. She earned her B.A. in International Political Economy from Fordham University. She is an avid reader and American history enthusiast.
Luke Posegate is the Staff Assistant to the President's Office at The Heritage Foundation. Before joining Heritage, Luke graduated in 2024 with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Dallas, where he served as president of the student body and Editor-in-Chief of The Crusader Standard, an ISI publication. He is also the co-founder of Verso Jobs, a gamified platform designed to help companies reduce turnover and hiring costs by identifying qualified and aligned talent.
Grayson Quay is a consultant for Point Made PR, a public affairs firm specializing in media placement and grassroots advocacy. He previously worked as Communications Director for Vivek Ramaswamy and as an editor at The Daily Caller and The Week. His writing has appeared at Modern Age, Newsweek, The American Conservative, The Spectator World, The American Mind, National Review, The Federalist, and other publications. Grayson holds an M.A. in English from Georgetown University and is the author of The Transhumanist Temptation: How Technology and Ideology Are Reshaping Humanity—And How to Resist.
Robert Schmad is an investigative reporter for The Washington Examiner. He was previously an editor at The Washington Free Beacon and a reporter for The Daily Caller News Foundation. Robert covers lobbying, campaign finance, foreign influence, philanthropy, and general political intrigue. He has been reporting on waste in the federal grantmaking process since 2022, with much of the spending he covered having since been cancelled by the Trump Administration. Robert enjoys grappling and weightlifting in his free time.
Gavin Wax is a New York-based conservative strategist, commentator, and grassroots organizer. He is the current Chairman of the New York Young Republican Club, following his tenure as its 76th President. Gavin is also a Newsmax Insider and formerly an Ambassador for Turning Point USA and Live Action. He is the co-author of The Emerging Populist Majority, a book exploring the new political realignment on the Right. He is a frequent guest on Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, One America News, and Real America’s Voice. He also appears regularly on podcasts, including Tim Pool’s Timcast, Jack Posobiec’s Human Events Daily, Steve Bannon’s War Room, Matt Gaetz’s Firebrand, The Eric Metaxas Show, and The Dinesh D’Souza Podcast. Gavin’s writing has been published in American Greatness, The Federalist, The Daily Caller, Human Events, Newsweek, Townhall, RealClearPolitics, and The Washington Examiner, among other outlets.
Cooper Williamson works for Blaze Media as the Assistant Editor of Frontier Magazine and as a Contributor for Return. In 2024 he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dallas with a B.A. in Politics and a concentration in Ethics. Cooper is currently pursuing an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Dallas. His interests include 20th century history, contemporary radical politics, modern and postmodern philosophy, and pickleball.
Charles Yockey is a legal policy analyst at the Manhattan Institute, where his portfolio covers antitrust, corporate governance, and regulatory policy. He is concurrently a Budapest Fellow with the Hungary Foundation and a visiting researcher at Mathias Corvinus Collegium’s Center for International Law. Charles received an M. Phil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from Cambridge and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Notre Dame’s Program of Liberal Studies.
