Tomorrow’s primary is just hours away and we have three stellar candidates on the docket!
We have primaries in Georgia and West Virginia TOMORROW! Brand New Congress mentor and heroine Paula Jean Swearengin is vying for a U.S. Senate seat to replace Trump-enabling Republican, Shelley Moore Capito in West Virginia. Paula’s team has been working around the clock calling voters, texting and doing as much outreach as possible to reach thousands of voters.
Over in Georgia, Nabilah Islam and Michael Owens have been doing the same. Nabilah is running for an open seat in Georgia’s 7th district, formerly held by Republican Rob Woodall. She would be the first woman of color elected to that seat, and the first Muslim woman elected to any seat in Georgia!
Michael Owens is running to replace Democrat David Scott in Georgia’s 13th district. Michael is well known in his district and has received key endorsements from community leaders. In the last few years Michael has helped numerous down-ballot Democrats replace Republican incumbents in local races. Now, Michael is running to replace a luke-warm, ineffective Democrat.
