 Hey Friend, We've been down this road before — but some people just never seem to learn. Back in 2020, the NFL went all-in on Black Lives Matter and kneeling during the national anthem before games. It backfired, and they never fully recovered from it. Just a few days ago, Commissioner Roger Goodell doubled down on his commitment to "diversity," ticking off DEI checkboxes instead of rewarding positions based on merit and talent. This unconstitutional affirmative action from the league's leadership is a blatant disrespect to the Black community. It gives the impression that they don't believe Black players and coaches can earn their way on a level playing field. Sadly, their actions show the world that this belief is true.
I am working hard in Congress alongside President Trump's leadership to protect civil rights and merit-based opportunity by ending illegal DEI. This is the only way forward, and I hope I have your full support for this historic effort.
