*April 9, 2025* [ [link removed] ]* – Docket No. 30026-104-GP-25 (Record No. 17751)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) rate increase of $0.1795 per therm for Wyoming non-Choice Gas customers, effective for usage on and after March 1, 2025. The rate applies to customers in Cheyenne and Cody divisions and all non-Choice Gas customers in the Casper, Gillette, and Torrington divisions who have elected to take service under the Gas Cost Adjustment Rate. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order.
*April 9, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 30007-161-GP-25 (Record No. 17757)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission approved the Amended Application of Frannie Deaver Utilities for authority to adjust its Commodity Balancing Account tariff to pass on a total purchased gas cost decrease of $0.2362 per Mcf, effective for usage on and after April 1, 2025. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, additional investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.
