Last night, MoveOn and JanePAC joined forces to bring together organizers, actors, storytellers, and grassroots supporters from across generations to connect through trivia and talk about what it takes to build a movement that lasts.

Over 1,450 grassroots supporters joined us from all across the country because, like you, we give a damn. We give a damn about our collective future. We give a damn about the chaos happening in Washington. And most importantly, we give a damn about each other.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that real momentum comes from shared experiences like this. When we show up to listen and connect about how we build something greater than ourselves.

We’re up against a political machine backed by billionaires and extremists. They’re betting we’ll check out or give up. But if last night proved anything, it’s that people are still showing up — and ready to go even further.

I’m so grateful to everyone who showed up, but if you missed it, there’s still a way to be part of what we built together.

Every dollar raised from last night’s event is going toward the work of electing progressive leaders — up and down the ballot — who are ready to take on corporate polluters and push back against right-wing extremism.
