Share your feedback on revised sole source contract policy and process
We are seeking your feedback on the revised sole source contracts policy and associated documents that went into effect June 6, 2024. In this year’s survey, we primarily focus on areas of interest in the policy such as:
- Market research
- Sole source exemptions
- Capability statements
We are asking for feedback from state agencies that have either reviewed the new materials or submitted a sole source contract, amendment, and/or an exempt sole source filing using the new policy. The survey should take less than 5 minutes and closes on April 24.
