We’re excited to celebrate recent pro-family policy wins, this time with our friends in Montana. Governor Greg Gianforte recently signed two bills into law aimed at safeguarding the privacy, safety, and athletic opportunities of women and girls.
The first, HB 121, ensures that women’s spaces — including restrooms, changing areas, sleeping quarters, and other private facilities — are reserved exclusively for women. The law applies to public schools, correctional facilities, and other public buildings.
The second bill, HB 300, reinforces protections for female athletes at every level, ensuring they are not required to compete against males or share private spaces with them on sports teams.
To share these victories, we are joined today by Montana Family Foundation president Jeff Laszloffy. He has been a strong advocate for these new laws and has been quoted extensively in the media as an advocate for pro-family values in Montana and nationwide. He also previously served in the Montana House of Representatives.
