And now, things are getting even worse. At least 112 new state bills are being pushed to censor books under vague “obscenity” laws. The far right is funneling dark money into school and library board elections to control what kids can read. And Trump and his allies are already working on plans for more book bans at the federal level now that they’ve taken over Washington.

We refuse to let them win. That’s why we’re working to elect young, diverse progressives to school and library boards in all 50 states — so they can fight back against these book bans.
