That’s why our team at Groundwork, in partnership with the NAACP, is preparing to support the next round of emerging organizers, social justice advocates, and civil rights leaders through The Organizing Accelerator!

While these leaders from across the country are best positioned to mobilize their communities, they often lack access to essential training and the tools they need to sustain year-round programming and long-term investment. That’s where we come in. 

The Organizing Accelerator aims to equip community leaders with the skills and resources they need to succeed from the moment they begin their careers. 

Through in-person weekends, virtual training, 1:1 mentorship, and national networking opportunities for emerging organizers and more, we empower the people who know their communities best to build the civic infrastructure they need to fight for their freedoms, uphold democracy, and create lasting change.
