Marion Nestle is a professor at New York University. Her research examines scientific, economic, and social influences on food choice and health, with an emphasis on the role of food industry marketing.

 

This week, Nestle was profiled in The New York Times.

 

She and Angela Odoms-Young will discuss the evolution of US food and nutrition policy, the current policy landscape, and thoughts on what lies ahead.

 

This event is being held in conjunction with the release of the April 2025 theme issue of Health Affairs on food, nutrition, and health.
