I'm going to ask you to donate $1 to my campaign for President in just a minute. But before I do, I want to explain why it's so important.

CNN and Nate Silver said we were one of the winners of the last debate. Even one of Trump's top campaign advisors said our campaign is the one he's most afraid of.

Now, we're just 6 days out from our huge nationwide CNN Town Hall. NAME, none of this would be possible without your support. Thank you so much.

But we can't take anything for granted.

If we don't keep up our momentum and reach 130,000 donors, the DNC will block us from the next debate. I'm going to do everything I can to get there, but I need your help on this one.

So look, I have a personal request: can you chip in $1 to become one of the 130,000 donors we need to make the debate stage?

Growing up, I never thought I'd run for President.

I was raised in a single parent household. We struggled just to get by.

The only reason I knew there was a Governor's house in my hometown was because I delivered newspapers to it.

Now as Governor, my wife and I are raising our three kids in that very same house.

I got my shot at the American Dream. Now I'm running for President to make sure everyone -- no matter who you are or where you grow up -- gets a fair shot at a better life.

But I'm worried. If Democrats don't focus on winning back the places we lost in 2016 and finding real solutions to the challenges folks face in the here and now, we'll lose this election.

That's the perspective I'll bring to the town hall this Sunday and it's what I'll keep fighting for, with your help, when I make the next debate stage.

But I really hope I can count on you. If you're with me, chip in $1 to help get me to the next debate:
