Since day one, I’ve hit the ground running to secure our border, stand up for Arizona taxpayers, and protect the rule of law in our great state. But here’s the hard truth: Arizona is bearing the brunt of the illegal immigration crisis. Our hospitals, our schools, and our working families are paying the price every single day - while career politicians in D.C. play games and refuse to act. In 2022 alone, Yuma Regional Medical Center spent $26 million on uncompensated emergency care for undocumented immigrants. That money came straight out of the pockets of hardworking Arizonans like you and me. And under federal law, hospitals are required to provide emergency care - regardless of immigration status or ability to pay. Meanwhile, our public schools are straining under the pressure. Over 147,000 students in Arizona are children of undocumented immigrants, many requiring extra language instruction and resources. All funded by you, the taxpayer. Yet while the costs pile up here at home, the radical left wants open borders and zero accountability. They’ll tell you illegal immigration "stimulates the economy" - but here in Arizona, we see the other side: Overwhelmed ERs, overcrowded classrooms, rising crime, and budget shortfalls. I won’t sugarcoat it: the crisis at our border is a crisis for Arizona’s economy, our schools, our safety, and our sovereignty. And the Leftists? They want open borders, broken systems, and weak leadership. I’m not here for any of that. I’m here to fight. But I can’t do it without your help.
